clients an economical way to proactively maintain their
infrastructure at its peak performance level. Technical
support hours can be purchased in advance at reduced rates
and used as needed over the duration of the contract. These
hours could be used for such things as maintaining a complex
system, additional proactive system work that may be
desirable, a time consuming break/fix task, etc. |
